We know that applying for financial aid can be overwhelming, so we're here to help! On December 5, Chestnut Ridge High School will be offering FAFSA Assistance for students and families from 7:45 AM to 12:45 PM in one of our computer labs.

The FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) opens on December 1 and is the online form used to apply for financial aid for college, regardless of the school or program you're considering.

We'll have two college financial aid professionals on-site to guide you through the process.
You’ll have the chance to complete and submit the FAFSA on the spot!
Make sure to mark your calendars and plan ahead so you can take advantage of this valuable resource. We look forward to helping you navigate the financial aid process with ease!

On October 12th, members of the Chestnut Ridge High School Marching Band participated in Pitt's Band Day. Our students joined over 500 band members from Central and Western PA, in addition to the 300 members of Pitt's Marching Band, for this unique opportunity. High school band members learned two songs for the halftime show and performed on the field at Acrisure Stadium for fans. In celebration of National School Lunch Week, the high school cafeteria will be holding giveaways for each student that purchases a Lunch next week, October 14th-18th. In order to be entered, students simply need to purchase a full lunch and they will receive a ticket, they will need to put their name and grade on that ticket and place it in the designated box in the cafeteria. Daily drawings will be done for Ala Carte Items, Boba Drinks (we will be selling them on Thursday, October 17th) and a Grand Prize of a $25 gift card at the end of the week!

If the rain would continue overnight it is possible that tomorrow COULD be a virtual Flexible Instruction Day. An announcement about tomorrow would come later this evening or tomorrow morning.
