This holiday season, our Secret Santa program helped bring joy to 24 families in our community. Thanks to the incredible generosity of everyone who participated—whether by donating, volunteering, or spreading the word—we were able to make the holidays a little brighter for those in need.

On October 12th, members of the Chestnut Ridge High School Marching Band participated in Pitt's Band Day. Our students joined over 500 band members from Central and Western PA, in addition to the 300 members of Pitt's Marching Band, for this unique opportunity. High school band members learned two songs for the halftime show and performed on the field at Acrisure Stadium for fans. CR Alumnus Alex Rizzo (Class of 2021) is a trombone player for the Pitt Marching Band. For photos please click read more.

In celebration of National School Lunch Week, the high school cafeteria will be holding giveaways for each student that purchases a Lunch next week, October 14th-18th. In order to be entered, students simply need to purchase a full lunch and they will receive a ticket, they will need to put their name and grade on that ticket and place it in the designated box in the cafeteria. Daily drawings will be done for Ala Carte Items, Boba Drinks (we will be selling them on Thursday, October 17th) and a Grand Prize of a $25 gift card at the end of the week!
